SPA REGULATIONS
Jelenia Struga MEDICAL SPA **** offers treatments performed using 100% natural cosmetics,
recognized and valued worldwide for their high quality.
- Reservations and punctuality = Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment to calmly prepare for the treatment. = Client’s lateness may result in a shortened treatment time without a price reduction.
- Cancelling appointments= Cancellation or rescheduling is possible no later than 12 hours before the planned appointment. = If the cancellation is not made within the required time, the client will be charged a fee of 110 PLN.
- Health condition = The client is obliged to inform the masseur about their health condition and any contraindications.
- The Spa is not responsible for consequences of withholding health information by the client. = SPA Service usage rules •SPA reserves the right to refuse to perform the treatment in case of: •health contraindications, •inappropriate client behavior, •condition indicating alcohol or other intoxicants consumption. 5.Organization •SPA massage is located in the Jelenia Struga Hotel in Kowary. •Reservations are accepted by phone, e-mail or at the hotel reception. •Prices and available treatments are specified in the current price list of the salon. 6.Final provisions •Scheduling and using the salon’s services means acceptance of these regulations.
SPA is an integral part of the Jelenia Struga Medical SPA **** Hotel, and it is governed by the General Hotel Regulations as well as these regulations.
- We recommend making treatment reservations in advance to secure a convenient time.
- Treatment reservations can be made by phone at 75 75 28 400.
- Treatment reservations can also be made by e-mail at info@jeleniastruga.pl or in person.
- Please arrive on time for treatments.
- The SPA of Jelenia Struga Medical SPA **** Hotel reserves the right to shorten the treatment time in case of your lateness.
- A bath in the room is recommended before the treatment.
- Towels and treatment underwear are provided in the SPA.
- Please come to SPA without valuables and jewelry. Jelenia Struga Medical SPA**** Hotel is not responsible for lost jewelry items.
- The full range of treatments is available to guests over 18 years old. Teenagers over 12 years old are recommended treatments specially designed for them, which can be used with the consent and presence of guardians.
- The treatment time stated in the SPA Menu is approximate and includes preparation, the treatment itself, and rest.
- Cancellation should be made 12 hours before the treatment starts. In case of no cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment price.
- Treatments rescheduled to another date cannot be cancelled.
- SPA is a zone of silence and relaxation, therefore please keep quiet and silence your phones.
For your health and well-being, we inform you that you should not undergo treatments after consuming alcohol or intoxicants.
