WELLNESS AREA STAY REGULATIONS
The pool is an integral part of the Jelenia Struga Medical Spa Hotel
and the general hotel regulations apply to it.
- Before entering the pool area, you must familiarize yourself with the applicable regulations.
- It is assumed that every person staying in the pool area has read and agrees to strictly comply with these regulations.
- The pool depth is 1.50 m, average water temperature 28° C, average air temperature 30°C
- The pool is monitored
- The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Jelenia Struga Hotel reserves the right to introduce technical breaks during pool operating hours.
- The pool features water attractions (countercurrent and cascade) – they are activated by pressing the buttons located below the water surface.
- Users of the pool are required to strictly adhere to the regulations.
- Persons disturbing public order, violating regulations, or not following staff instructions may be asked to leave the pool area.
- All Guests are advised to use a hygienic shower before and after swimming and to wear pool footwear.
- It is recommended to tie long hair in a tight bun and use swimming caps.
- While using the pool, the following are prohibited:
- Running in the pool area
- Sitting on the edges of the pool basin
- Jumping into the water
- Pushing other users into the water
- Consuming alcoholic beverages
- Bringing in and consuming food
- Bringing any glass items and sharp objects
- Bringing animals
- Using rescue equipment for purposes other than intended
- Users must not create situations that endanger the safety of others
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants will be asked to leave the pool.
- Persons in unstable health conditions should use the attractions with particular caution.
- The pool is an unguarded facility, therefore children under 16 years old may stay in the pool area only under the supervision of an adult who takes full responsibility for the child.
- Please pay special attention and be cautious when entering and exiting the stairs located in the pool area.
- All accidents occurring in the pool area must be reported immediately to the reception staff.
- Damage to the pool equipment will result in compensation amounting to 100% of its value.
- Jelenia Struga MEDICAL SPA Ltd. is not responsible for accidents occurring at the pool caused by non-compliance with the regulations, and is not liable for items lost in the pool area.
