TERMS OF USE OF THE PUB

The Pub is an integral part of Hotel Jelenia Struga Medical Spa and the general hotel regulations apply to it.

  1. General Provisions and Definitions
    1. This Regulation specifies the terms of use of the Hotel Pub premises, located in Kowary, at Podgórze 55 (58-530).
    2. The owner and manager of the Pub is the company JELENIA STRUGA MEDICAL SPA Sp. z o.o. Podgórze 55, 58-530 Kowary identified by NIP number 6112628600.
    3. Use of the services offered by the Pub is voluntary and means acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
  2. Opening Hours of the Pub and Availability of Services
    1. The Pub is available self-service for Guests from 18:00 to 22:00 on Monday-Sunday.
    2. Opening hours of the premises may change, especially on holidays, vacations, and in case of unforeseen events. Any changes to the hours will be posted on the entrance door to the Pub.
    3. The company is not responsible for losses incurred by Guests due to restricted opening hours or closure of the Pub due to unforeseen events.
    4. Closing hours posted on the door, website, social media, and other advertising materials of the Pub are indicative. The decision to close the Pub is always made by the Staff, informing present Guests about the upcoming closure.
    5. Guests can use the board games library, games such as billiards, darts, foosball free of charge, which are part of the Pub's equipment.
    6. Guests may use bowling facilities, which are part of the Pub's equipment, for a fee, after prior reservation of the lane at the hotel reception; free cancellation of lane reservation is possible up to 12 hours before the reservation, up to 3 hours before 50% fee applies, less than 3 hours before or in case of no-show 100% fee will be charged.
    7. Payment in the Pub can be made with charges posted to the hotel room or with vouchers issued by Hotel Jelenia Struga Medical SPA****.
    8. A Guest with a discount on Pub services should inform the Staff before closing and settling the bill and present a document authorizing the discount.
    9. A Guest wishing to receive a VAT invoice for purchased services should notify the Staff before charging the bill to the hotel room. The Guest requesting the invoice is obliged to provide the NIP number, company name and address, and an email address to which the invoice will be sent.
    10. Pub services may be used by:
      1. adults.
      2. minors aged 12 and above under adult supervision.
    11. Hotel Jelenia Struga Medical SPA**** does not assume any responsibility for the care of minors using the services. Responsibility for minors lies with the adults supervising them.
    12. Hotel Jelenia Struga Medical SPA**** reserves the right to refuse services in case of:
      1. lack of available places in the Pub.
      2. minors regarding the sale and serving of alcohol or those not under adult supervision,
      3. Guests violating these Regulations.
      4. Guests behaving in a vulgar, aggressive manner, threatening the safety of Staff or other Pub guests.
      5. Guests suspected to be under the influence of intoxicants or intoxicated.
  3. Safety Rules
    1. A Guest staying in the Pub is obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten their own safety, other Guests, or the Staff.
    2. A Guest staying in the Pub is obliged to strictly follow the instructions and orders of security services and Staff regarding safety and maintaining order, including instructions expressed in writing or pictograms, e.g., evacuation routes, hand disinfection, obligation to wear masks, etc.
    3. Smoking of e-cigarettes, cigarettes, and tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the Pub.
    4. Bringing in products not purchased at the Pub without the explicit consent of the Staff is strictly prohibited.
      1. If such a situation is detected, the Staff may offer paid storage of the products until the end of the visit or in case of refusal ask to leave the premises.
      2. The product storage service until the end of the visit costs PLN 50 gross.
    5. Guests are prohibited from taking out Pub property items, e.g., glassware, decorations, etc.
    6. In the Pub the following are forbidden:
      1. behavior violating generally accepted social norms,
      2. aggressive, vulgar behavior that threatens other guests and staff safety,
      3. bringing or using intoxicants, drugs, etc.,
      4. possession or bringing sharp tools, weapons, pyrotechnics or fire hazardous materials, and other items that may endanger the safety of others and Staff in the Pub,
      5. behaviors indicating trade, solicitation, promotion, advertising, and money collections, including leaving flyers and posters without company consent,
      6. entering staff rooms, storage, and back areas.
  4. Final Provisions
    1. In matters not regulated in this Regulation, the applicable provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
