Walloon Liqueur – a secret recipe containing AOx Potential and WONDERful ingredients known only to true Walloons. The extraordinary strength of this liqueur comes from it being brewed in the Laboratory Grotto deep inside the Kowary Adits.

House Wine of Jelenia Struga – WALONIA

Red wine / dry / light
This wine has not accidentally found its place in the Jelenia Struga vineyard. It is closely connected with Walloon traditions, which we faithfully cultivate in our region since the 17th century. The Walloons produced their wine from ancient, unique Sangiovese and Montepulciano grape varieties. Today, these varieties, ripening under the Italian sun, give our homemade Wallonia wine its exceptional taste and nobility.
White wine / dry / light
The local Verdicchio variety can pleasantly surprise with its lightness and penetrating freshness, noticeable on the palate. The wine has a greenish reflection, nicely shiny. A subtle aroma of herbs and flowers. Mild yet fresh in the mouth. It quenches thirst wonderfully, making us eager to reach for another glass.

Walloon drinks and spring power
Walloon Beer – a small dark double-malt beer, pasteurized. Dedicatedly produced for tourism managers in the Sudetes, including for Jelenia Struga and Sztolnia Kowary
Potencjałka AOx Water – in Jelenia Struga, from rocks dating back two billion years, the only Karkonosze spring water Potencjałka AOx is sourced. Bottled at the spring, it retains its unique antioxidant properties, thanks to the presence of additional free hydrogen atoms. In 2015, this unique spring water received a local product certificate from the Karkonosze region.
