A three-day cleansing stay aimed at eliminating unwanted toxins from the body and improving the psycho-physical condition of the body. Such treatment can be beneficial if you feel tired and lack energy. These symptoms may indicate that the body is burdened with toxins. A cleansing diet is especially recommended in cases of:

• a fast and stressful pace of life,
• a deficiency of vegetables, fruits, and fiber in the diet
• fatigue, sleep problems,
• gastrointestinal problems,
• long-term stress,

We offer a special package based on a cocktail diet, developed under the supervision of a clinical dietitian. This offer is aimed at people who want to improve the functioning of the digestive system, cleanse the body of accumulated metabolic residues, speed up the digestive process, and restore the body's balance.

Vegetable and fruit cocktails are a real vitamin bomb, containing many valuable nutrients such as minerals, fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Regular consumption provides the body with essential microelements, supports its proper functioning, strengthens immunity, and can also positively influence changing eating habits in those wishing to lose weight.

In the Package

• Special cleansing culinary program prepared under the supervision of a dietitian: A cleansing diet based on 4 cocktails, whose base consists of vegetables and fruits.
• The stay begins with a light dinner on the day of arrival – followed by the implementation and continuation of the cocktail diet.
• Segmental body composition analysis (information on the content of fat tissue, lean body mass – including water, muscles, bones divided into limbs and trunk), individual consultation and recommendation of further actions

• Individual dietary consultation at the beginning of the stay and effect control at the end – conducted by a qualified clinical dietitian.
• Clinical and nutritional interview

• Full-day meals in the form of a healthy, balanced diet arranged by a dietitian, served as 4 meals a day (3 main meals and 1 nourishing cocktail) around 1500 kcal/day.

Daily health services included in the price:

• Radon inhalations MEDICAL treatment, boosting immunity in the Underground Radon Inhalatorium twice a day: 10:00 and 16:00 (duration about 50 minutes, please dress warmly 8'C).
• Morning Wading in the mountain stream by Sebastian Kneipp's method: at 7:50 a.m.
• Winter swimming in a designated place, the pond behind the hotel. Rules of winter swimming apply, protective footwear and clothing required.
• Unlimited access to Unique water throughout the stay „Potencjałka Aox” from Jelenia Struga Spa

• Stay with a four-legged friend - We are happy to host you together with your pet. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for subsequent guests, a one-time cleaning fee of 200 PLN is charged after a stay with an animal. Thanks to this, each stay – both with and without animals – is equally pleasant.
