If there is no snow, swap skis for a bike and trekking, take advantage of the prepared TRAILS,

The stay includes:

Accommodation in one of our rooms
Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, on Saturdays and Sundays until 11:00 AM
Dinner served from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (soup, main course, dessert, Aox water)
1x Tour of Kowary Adits with a guide – 1200m of underground corridors directly at the hotel
Unlimited access to Unique water throughout the stay „Potencjałka Aox” from the Jelenia Struga Spring
Unlimited access to the wellness zone: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna.

Daily health services included:

Radon Inhalations MEDICAL treatment, boosting immunity at the Underground Radon Inhalatorium twice a day: 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (duration about 50 minutes, dress warmly 8°C).
Morning wading in a mountain stream using Sebastian Kneipp’s method: at 7:50 AM - strengthening the body.
Winter swimming, at the designated place, pond behind the hotel. Rules apply for winter swimming, protective footwear and clothing required.
Thermotherapy in saunas: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna at the pool.
Potencjałka Aox – awaits you in the restaurant. Water from Jelenia Struga Spring in the Karkonosze, from the Sulica massif extracted at an altitude of 700 m a.s.l., within the buffer zone of the KPN UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Karkonosze in the Natura 2000 area.
Health walks on nearby trails in the "Natura 2000" areas "Rozdroże pod Sulicą", "Uroczysko" and "Okraj Pass".

During your stay ask about "Quiet and Good Sleep" – 3 types of additional pillows for the room: Goose feather and down pillow, buckwheat pillow, neck roll and the possibility to brew and drink lemon balm before sleep in the room.

Stay with a four-legged friend - We are happy to welcome you along with your pet. To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for subsequent Guests, a one-time fee of 200 PLN for final room cleaning is charged after a stay with an animal. This ensures that every stay – both with and without pets – is equally pleasant.
