The stay includes:

• Accommodation in one of our rooms​
• Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and until 11:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays
• Dinner served from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (soup, main course, dessert, Aox water)
• 1x Tour of the Kowary Adits with a guide – 1200 m of underground corridors directly at the hotel
• Unlimited access to the Unique water throughout the stay "Potencjałka Aox" from the Jelenia Struga Spring
• Unlimited access to the wellness area: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna.

Daily health services included:

• Radon Inhalations MEDICAL treatment, enhancing immunity in the Underground Radon Inhalatorium twice daily: 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (duration approx. 50 minutes, please dress warmly at 8'C).
• Morning wading in the mountain stream using the Sebastian Kneipp method: at 7:50 AM - body hardening.
• Winter swimming, at the designated place, the pond behind the hotel. Regulations apply for winter swimming, protective footwear and clothing required.
• Thermotherapy in saunas: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna at the pool.
• Potencjałka Aox – awaits you in the restaurant. Water from the Jelenia Struga Spring in the Karkonosze Mountains, extracted from the Sulica massif at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, within the buffer zone of the KPN UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Karkonosze, in the Natura 2000 area.
• Health walks on nearby trails in the "Natura 2000" area "Rozdroże pod Sulicą", "Uroczysko", and "Okraj Pass".

During your stay also:

• Physiotherapeutic and medicinal treatments at the SPA: Our therapists will help you select the right treatments (additional fees apply).
• During your stay ask about "Peaceful and Good Sleep" – 3 types of extra pillows for the room: Goose feather and down pillow, buckwheat pillow, neck roll, plus the possibility to brew and drink Melissa tea before bedtime in the room.
