Daily:

• Radon inhalations MEDICAL treatment, boosting immunity at the Underground Radon Inhalatorium twice a day: 10:00 and 16:00 (duration approx. 50 minutes, please dress warmly 8°C).
• Morning wading in a mountain stream using Sebastian Kneipp's method: at 7:50 - body hardening.
• Ice swimming, at the designated place, pond behind the hotel. Rules for ice swimming apply, protective footwear and clothing required.
• Unlimited access to the wellness area: from 9:00 to 23:00, swimming pool, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna.
• Unlimited access throughout the stay to Unique water "Potencjałka Aox" from the Jelenia Struga spring in the Karkonosze Mountains
• In every room you will find various BOOKS to read - two titles, interesting literature
• Health walks along nearby trails in the "Natura 2000" area "Rozdroże pod.

During your stay also:

• Physiotherapeutic and medical treatments in the SPA: Our therapists will help you choose suitable treatments (additional fee applies).
• During your stay ask about "Peaceful and Good Sleep" – 3 types of additional pillows for the room: pillow with goose feathers and down, buckwheat pillow, neck roll and also the possibility to brew and drink Melissa tea before sleep in the room.

Surcharges:

• Single room surcharge - 199 PLN / night

• Stay with a four-legged friend - We are happy to welcome you along with your pet. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for other Guests, a one-time cleaning fee of 200 PLN is charged after a stay with an animal. This ensures every stay – both with and without pets – is equally pleasant.
