  • Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, on Saturday and Sunday until 11:00 AM

  • Access to the swimming pool with counter-current and an extraordinary view of the underwater reception and saunas: Infrared, Finnish.

Daily health treatments included:

  • Radon inhalations medical treatment, boosting immunity in the Underground Radon Inhalation Room 2x daily: 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (duration approximately 50 minutes).
  • Morning walk in the mountain stream using Sebastian Kneipp's method: at 7:50 AM - body hardening.
  • Winter swimming, in the designated area, pond behind the hotel. The rules for winter swimming apply, protective footwear and clothing required.
  • Thermotherapy in saunas: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna by the pool.
  • Potencjałka Aox – awaits you in the rooms, restaurant. Water from Jelenia Struga spring in Karkonosze
  • Health walks in nearby trails in the area of "Natura 2000" "Rozdroże pod Sulicą", "Uroczysko" and "Przełęcz Okraj".

During your stay also:

  • Physiotherapeutic and healing treatments in the SPA: Our therapists will help you choose the right treatments (services are subject to an additional fee).
  • During your stay, ask about “Calm and Good Sleep” – 3 types of extra pillows for the room: Feather and down pillow, buckwheat pillow, neck roll, and the option to brew and drink lemon balm before sleep in the room.
  • Children's playroom combined with a TV room - public space: chess, television, toys.
  • Free internet access.
