Radon Inhalations MEDICAL treatment, boosting immunity in the Underground Radon Inhalatorium twice a day: 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (duration approximately 50 minutes, please dress warmly at 8°C).
Morning wading in a mountain stream using Sebastian Kneipp's method: at 7:50 AM - body hardening.
Winter swimming (morsowanie) at the designated place, pond behind the hotel. Rules for winter swimming apply, protective footwear and clothing required.
Use of the pool with a counter-current and a unique view of the underwater reception and saunas: Infrared, Finnish
Thermotherapy in saunas: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna by the pool.

To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for other guests, a one-time cleaning fee of 200 PLN is charged after stays with animals.
